Please read these terms carefully before using the LiquidVZ platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using the LiquidVZ platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.


2. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.


2.1 Restricted Jurisdictions


The Platform is not available to residents of:

  • United States of America
  • Sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region)
  • Any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency or tokenized securities are prohibited

    LiquidVZ provides:

  • Access to tokenized real estate investments
  • Cryptocurrency wallet integration
  • Yield distribution services
  • Governance participation

    • 3.1 No Investment Advice


    Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.


    4. User Responsibilities


    You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain security of your wallet
  • Comply with all applicable laws
  • Not engage in market manipulation
  • Not use the Platform for money laundering

    • 5. Risks


    Real estate and cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks including:

  • Total loss of investment
  • Market volatility
  • Regulatory changes
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Liquidity constraints

    • You acknowledge understanding these risks.


    6. Fees


    Current fee structure:

  • Acquisition fee: 2% of investment
  • Management fee: 10% of rental income
  • Network fees: Variable (Solana gas)

    • Fees may change with notice.


    7. Intellectual Property


    All Platform content, trademarks, and code are owned by LiquidVZ or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.


    8. Limitation of Liability


    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIQUIDVZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.


    9. Indemnification


    You agree to indemnify LiquidVZ against claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.


    10. Dispute Resolution


    Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under ICC rules. Venue: Panama City, Panama.


    11. Modifications


    We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
