Not every Venezuelan property makes it onto LiquidVZ. Here's our selection process.


Stage 1: Market Screening


We analyze:

  • Location fundamentals (infrastructure, accessibility)
  • Comparable market prices (regional benchmarks)
  • Rental yield potential
  • Property condition and age

  • Stage 2: Legal Due Diligence


    Our legal team verifies:

  • Clear title ownership
  • No encumbrances or liens
  • Proper zoning compliance
  • Historical ownership chain

  • Stage 3: Physical Inspection


    On-ground team conducts:

  • Structural assessment
  • Systems evaluation (electrical, plumbing)
  • Photographic documentation
  • Neighborhood analysis

  • Stage 4: Financial Modeling


    We project:

  • Expected rental income
  • Maintenance costs
  • Management fees
  • Target APY for investors

  • Stage 5: Tokenization


    Only after passing all stages:

  • Property acquired by SPV
  • Tokens minted on Solana
  • Listing goes live on platform
